When you make an enquiry, we collect the contact details and information you choose to provide. We use it to respond, discuss suitable StreetReady services and take steps at your request before providing a service. If you become a client, we may need further information for bookings, safeguarding, health and safety, attendance and service administration.

Our lawful basis

We normally process enquiry information because it is necessary to respond to your request and for our legitimate interests in operating the service. Contract, legal obligation or vital interests may apply to information needed when services are delivered. We do not use website enquiries for unrelated marketing without permission.

Service providers and transfers

The website is hosted by Vercel and enquiry forms are processed by FormSubmit. Booking links may take you to TeamUp, which provides its own privacy information. These providers process data on our behalf or as independent controllers for their services. Information may be processed outside the UK with appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Unsuccessful or one-off enquiries are normally deleted when they are no longer needed, subject to reasonable operational and legal record-keeping. Client and safeguarding records may need to be kept longer in line with legal, insurance and child-protection requirements.

You may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict your information, object to processing, and receive a portable copy where applicable. Contact us to exercise a right. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
