Your information

Privacy notice.

StreetReady is operated by Stovio Skills Limited. This notice explains how we use information submitted through this website, including information provided for safe participation by adults and children.

Who is responsible for your information?

Stovio Skills Limited is the data controller. Our registered office is Orchard Grove, Knockholt Road, Halstead, Sevenoaks, TN14 7EU. Company number 15784752. You can contact us at enquiries@stovioskills.com.

What we collect and why

When you make an enquiry, we collect the contact details and information you choose to provide. We use it to respond, discuss suitable StreetReady services and take steps at your request before providing a service. If you become a client, we may need further information for bookings, safeguarding, health and safety, attendance and service administration.

When you request a free parent resource, we use your name and email address to deliver it and keep a record of the request. We only send occasional tips and StreetReady updates if you separately tick the optional email consent box. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us.

Private workshop enquiries

When you request a private workshop, we collect your contact details, workshop type, participant numbers, ages of anyone under 18, preferred duration, location, dates and times, and your priorities for tailoring. We use this to respond, tailor the proposal, confirm availability and price, and administer a resulting booking. Do not include health information in the enquiry form. Each participant completes the separate secure health and safety form after the booking is agreed.

Health and safety information

Before someone attends a StreetReady youth-class free trial or family workshop, we ask for a health and safety form for each adult or child taking part. An adult participant completes the form for themselves. For anyone under 18, it must be completed by their parent or a person with legal parental responsibility. We collect the participant’s identity and date of birth, the agreed session type and date, contact and emergency-contact details, relevant health conditions, medication, allergies, injuries, disabilities, communication or additional needs, reasonable adjustments, and any other information needed for safe participation. We also record the declarations, consents, electronic signature and submission time.

We use this information to assess safe participation, plan support or adjustments, meet health-and-safety and insurance requirements, respond appropriately in an emergency. A health condition, disability or additional need does not automatically prevent participation. If clarification is needed, we may contact the adult participant or the responsible adult before the participant takes part.

Children’s information and health-data consent

A form for anyone under 18 must be completed by their parent or a person with legal parental responsibility. Health and disability information is special-category personal data. We process it with the explicit consent of the adult participant or the person with legal parental responsibility. Consent may be withdrawn by contacting us; this does not affect processing already carried out lawfully, but it may mean that the participant cannot safely take part. Where urgent care is required, we may also use or share necessary information to protect the participant’s vital interests.

Our lawful basis

We normally process enquiry information because it is necessary to respond to your request and for our legitimate interests in operating the service. Contract, legal obligation or vital interests may apply to information needed when services are delivered. We do not use website enquiries for unrelated marketing without permission.

For the health and safety form, our normal UK GDPR basis is consent, including explicit consent for special-category health data. In a genuine medical emergency, vital interests may apply where the strict legal test is met. Legal obligations or legitimate interests may also apply to appropriate safety, insurance and record-keeping activities where applicable.

Service providers and transfers

The website is hosted by Vercel and enquiry forms are processed by FormSubmit. The health and safety form and its restricted response record are provided through Google Workspace; health answers are not sent through FormSubmit or included in ordinary notification emails. Booking links may take you to TeamUp, which provides its own privacy information. These providers process data on our behalf or as independent controllers for their services. Information may be processed outside the UK with appropriate safeguards.

How we protect health records

Health and safety responses are held in a restricted Google Workspace record accessible only to Ben Walker. Other operational records contain only the form’s receipt or review status, not the participant’s health answers. We use access controls and appropriate account and service security to protect records against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss.

How long we keep it

Unsuccessful or one-off enquiries are normally deleted when they are no longer needed, subject to reasonable operational and legal record-keeping. Client and safeguarding records may need to be kept longer in line with legal, insurance and child-protection requirements.

If a participant does not attend, their health and safety form is normally deleted after three months. If they participate, it is retained while it remains relevant to their StreetReady training and for 12 months after their last attendance. Separate accident or incident records are retained for at least three years, and may be kept longer where legal, insurance or safeguarding requirements apply.

Your rights

You may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict your information, object to processing, and receive a portable copy where applicable. Contact us to exercise a right. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
