What we teach.

StreetReady Youth Ages 8–15

Fun, high-energy sessions focused on practical skills young people can use in real life.

We build confidence, resilience and street-smart awareness through games, drills and realistic scenarios. Young people practise staying calm, thinking clearly and protecting themselves responsibly, whatever their starting fitness or experience.

Family workshops By arrangement

Practical, age-appropriate self-defence sessions for parents, carers and young people to learn together.

Families practise awareness, clear boundaries, de-escalation, escape and simple physical responses through guided scenarios relevant to everyday life. The aim is to give everyone a shared language for personal safety and skills that can be reinforced at home.

Private one-to-one or small-group self-defence training shaped around your goals.
