Business team-building workshops are for groups of up to 12 adults. No previous self-defence experience or particular fitness level is required.
It can include safe, progressive physical activities, but the emphasis is on awareness, communication, decisions and working together. Content is adapted to your team and agreed in advance.
Training can take place at your workplace or another suitable venue with a safe, clear training area. StreetReady can also discuss an appropriate local venue.
