Why KMG fits StreetReady

Krav Maga Global provides a reality-based self-defence system with a structured youth curriculum and practical principles families can learn together. It fits Ben’s teaching because participants learn to avoid, de-escalate and escape first, using physical defence only as a last resort.

  • Separate Young, Junior and Teen pathways
  • Clear goals with techniques practised on both sides
  • Progress tracked through observation, grading and written feedback

The aim is not to make anyone fearful or aggressive. It is to help young people and families notice risks, set boundaries, make calm decisions and act responsibly.

What guides us

Clear principles.

Useful over flashy

Skills are selected because they are simple, responsible and usable under pressure.

Challenge with care

Students progress safely in a friendly environment, whatever their starting point.

Awareness first

The best outcome is recognising, avoiding or de-escalating danger before a fight begins.
